Our Story>
Hi, I’m Santana, founder of Warrior Movement, I’m neurodivergent, disabled and a significant trauma survivor. WARRIOR MOVEMENT was born from personal experience. I spent five years as a wheelchair user and another 5 years in active recovery, facing physical and emotional challenges. It was Qigong that helped me gain strength, mobility, and resilience. Now, as a Qigong instructor with a broad background in Social Work, specialising in trauma, disability, and neurodivergence, I’m dedicated to sharing these life-changing practices with others.
